Front 9's FAQs

Our sets are designed to work indoors and outdoors! Let your imagination fly! Even our LED set works great outside! It's a great focal point for any evening event. 

Although we provide 20 putters and 20 balls, you are welcome to rotate your guests through as many times as you would like. Additional putters and balls can be provided for an additional charge. 

We require as flat of a surface as possible so you can enjoy your experience without your balls rolling away! If you are unsure, contact us and we will gladly video conference to see what your layout is. 

We arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your event, possibly even the day before. We break down after your contracted time has passed (or earlier by request). Budget 1 hour for us to pack up. 

You will want to have a minimum of 600 sf available for all 9 holes. We ask that you leave a 3'-4' clear path for us to cart the holes to their spots. The more space, the better!

A 50% deposit is due upon booking to hold your event date and time. Your balance is due at the time of drop-off and set up. Thank you for your business! 

Our sets are designed to handle light weather. We do not allow cancellations for light storms.

In the event of major storms, we reserve the right to cancel your party and your deposit will be refunded in full. 

Delivery is free inside of a 15 mile radius of King of Prussia. From 15-25 miles away from King of Prussia we charge a flat $60 for delivery & pickup.

Outside of 25 miles? Please contact us for special pricing.  

No power cords needed! We utilize high powered batteries that are weather resistant. We can program most of your favorite colors and even add special FX!

Holes are designed to hold up to 300 lbs. One golfer may stand on them at a time. You can also golf perfectly fine from the sidelines!  

Mini-golf does not discriminate on age, and neither do we. As long as there is a putter that fits you, then we hope you have a blast! 

Cancellations done within 72 hours of your event start time will result in a forfeited deposit. If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your event start time, you may reschedule 1 time within 1 year and apply your deposit to that date. 

We provide multiple size putters and quantities based on our most common clients. If you have special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate with the equipment that we have. 

At this time, we are not following any specific COVID related protocols. You, as the event coordinator, may have your own COVID protocols for your guests. The responsibility to enforce those protocols will not fall on Front 9 Mini Golf, LLC.
